Processing order time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. 
Processing and packing may take 3-5 business days after order date. The customer will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is processed and shipped.

Shipping
All orders take 4 to 6 business days to be shipped, plus the time of the USPS shipping system. Usually we ship out one day a week. 
Once the package is already shipped Rosette La  Mode aren't responsible of it and have no control of how many time takes to arrive. The time may vary depending on the season and volume of work of the USPS mail delivery system.
If there is any mishap with the shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to take the necessary measures with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and file an insurance claim.

Check your address
You are responsible for writing your address correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to misspelled addresses. Any package returned due to incorrect addresses is NOT eligible for refund. It will be reshipped and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
